This special event is the one day of the year that boats are
allowed on Lake Marcia
2015 Bait & Boat Festival

Afternoon activities include boat races, fishing & sandcastle
contests, pond study, and crafts. An early evening campfire on the beach with
s’mores will conclude the festivities.

2014 Bait & Boat Festival Fishing Contest Winner

All persons fishing, age sixteen or older, must have and
display a valid NJ State fishing license. Please bring your own fishing
equipment. All boaters must wear a PFD while on the lake. Participants who plan
to bring their own non-motorized boat, remember your PFDs, and stop by the
beach for instructions before putting your boat in the water.
