Join us for a Bear-y Fun Teddy Bear Picnic

The Friends of High Point State Park are
sponsoring a Teddy Bear Picnic!

Teddy Bear Picnic
Saturday, April 26, 2014
1:30 pm to 3:30 pm
High Point State Park Interpretive Center
FREE, $5 donation per family appreciated
REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Families with children ages 2 through 10, and their favorite teddy bears or plush animal friends, are cordially invited to come out of hibernation for a bear-y fun afternoon!

Join the Friends of High Point State Park as we celebrate spring and explore the natural history of the North American Black Bear. Activities will include a bear discovery station, crafts, story corner, picnic snack and more.

Bring your camera! High Point State Park’s resident big teddy bear will be sitting for portraits!

The event is FREE, but donations of $5 or more per family are appreciated. No family will be turned away if they are unable or do not want to make the suggested donation. All proceeds support the Friends of High Point State Park programs and events.

Registration is required for this program!

If your family is interested in attending the Friends of High Point State Park Teddy Bear Picnic, please contact us today. Seating is limited.
All registrations must be received by Tuesday, April 22, 2014, so that we may plan accordingly.

To register your family, we need to know how many children will be attending, their ages, and the number of adults who will be accompanying them to the picnic.

For more information and to register, please contact Michelle at friendshpsp@gmail.com or (201) 650-8475.

See you on the mountain RAIN OR SHINE!
